The courier should deliver your package the next working day after collecting it from our warehouse.
It is best to order a package to the place where you spend most of the day. The courier may contact you by phone before delivering the parcel, but there is no obligation to do so.
Do not forget to carefully check your package before collecting it from the courier. If you see damage, please check in the presence of the courier that the products have not been damaged. Writing down the damage report in the presence of the courier will make it easier for us to quickly consider the complaint.

Your package will be delivered to the parcel locker of your choice within 1-2 business days of sending it from our warehouse. You will then receive an e-mail that your package is on its way. When the package is in the parcel locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with the code necessary to open the locker.
If you have the application installed on your phone, you will receive a notification both to the application and to the e-mail.
When placing an order, make sure that the email address and phone number are correct to be able to open the locker.

Your parcel will be delivered to the pick-up point or the Orlen Paczka parcel machine of your choice within 1-2 business days of sending it from our warehouse. You will then receive an e-mail that your package is on its way. When the parcel is at the collection point, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with the code necessary to collect the parcel.
When placing an order, make sure that the email address and phone number are correct to be able to open the locker.
Attention! Shipments weighing more than 10 kg are carried out only by courier.
The waiting time for ordered products consists of:
- time of order fulfillment by the service of the pachnacaszafa.pl store
- time of delivery by the courier, InPost Parcel Lockers or Orlen Paczka
So waiting time = processing time + delivery time.
The standard order processing time is 2 working days. If the order was placed on a non-working day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) or on the day preceding the non-working day, then the order is processed on the next working day.
The parcel delivery time by the courier (only in Poland) is from 24 to 48 hours on business days, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, parcels are not delivered. Parcels are delivered via a courier service from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
